Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to BunnyHop! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BunnyHop's applications, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the child.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Acknowledgement

These Terms are a legal agreement solely between you and BunnyHop, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), not with Apple, and BunnyHop, LLC is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content. These Terms do not conflict with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Scope of License

Subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules, we grant you a non-transferable license to install and use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control. Family Sharing or volume-purchasing accounts associated with your Apple ID may also access the App.

4. Maintenance & Support

We alone are responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App, as specified herein or required by law. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

6. Product Liability & Claims

You, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims of any kind relating to your possession or use of the App, including but not limited to product liability, regulatory compliance, consumer-protection, or privacy claims.

7. Intellectual Property Infringement

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, you agree to indemnify and hold Apple harmless and be solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claims.

8. Legal Compliance Representation

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or sanctions; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted parties list.

You must comply with all applicable third-party terms when using the App (for example, your wireless data service agreement when streaming audio).

Some Services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to safeguard your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Use the Services for harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Interfere with system integrity or security
• Harvest personal data from the Services
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content

14. Subscriptions & Purchases

By purchasing a subscription or in-app item, you agree to pay all fees and taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off 24 hours before the period ends. Manage auto-renewal in your account settings. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted at https://www.bunnyhop.fun/terms. If material changes occur, we will notify you via email or in-App notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
